第一關名稱
Penultimo of the Caribbean
開局可能少了一到兩個任務，不過無關緊要。
第一關從開始統計，到遊戲結束，大概有10個主線任務（彈框）。
隨機任務
主要的隨機任務有2種：宗主國需求，革命黨需求。
宗主國需求
宗主國需求一般都是貿易，貿易分為2種，一種是[通用貿易路線](Trade Route)，另一種是[出口貿易路線](Export Route)。第一種是進口出口都可以，第二種是只能出口。
都是2個選項，一個是延長18個月生命，另一個是2000塊錢。
帶//的為注釋；
帶!的為主線任務；
帶%的為隨機任務（一般為猜測）；
“–” 為選項。

革命黨需求
革命黨需求的任務種類（花樣）較多。
從初期科技娛樂等建築的建設，到中期的海盜掠奪任務，還有後期的軍事建築建設。
一般來講建設任務通常是三個選項：
A.10個革命党移民。
B.2000塊錢。
C.送一個隨機藍圖。
藍圖在所有解鎖之後，再點送藍圖沒有效果。

>建造【椰子收割機】(Coconut Harvester)；
>至少有一個【碼頭】(Teamster Port)升級了【甲板人員】 (Deck Hand)。
02.Silence is Golden / 沉默是金
>建造【金礦】（Mine Gold）；
>建造一個【海盜灣】(Pirate Cove)。
03.Penultimo’s Plan / Penultimo的計畫
>建造【椰子收割機】(Coconut Harvester)；
>至少有一個【金礦】（Mine Gold）工作在【秘密協定】(Secrete Protocol)模式下；
>出口【金椰子】 (Goldnut)。
//此處的【金椰子】是《海島大亨6》特有詞彙（Goldnut），把金子裝進椰子裡，叫做【金椰子】 (Goldnut)。
04.All the World’s a Stage / 全世界是個舞臺
>建造【劇院】(Theater)。
//” All the World’s a Stage”選自莎士比亞喜劇《皆大歡喜(As you like it)。
05.Showtime / 演出時間
讓【總統】（El Presidente） 訪問【劇院】(Theater)。
//這個需要點擊螢幕左下角的{帽子}圖示，右側出現【總統】（El Presidente）的面板之後，有一個花1000錢訪問建築的選項。

//有三個選項可以選擇，都比較簡單，第一個可以用法案,食物的那個，第二個是建【小教堂】(Chapel)就可以了，第三個在每個有【碼頭】(Teamster Port) 島上建造Newspaper就能完成任務。

//這個是根據上一個任務的選擇結果定的。
09.Revolution! / 革命
宣稱獨立。
遊戲結束。
